HANNAH AND PETER

Hannah and Peter met in college and have been together ever since. They have the kind of love that just makes sense from the start. After years of growing together, they decided to get married on Valentine’s Day (which honestly could not be more perfect for them).
A TIMELESS BEGINNING AT ST. RITA'S CATHOLIC CHURCH

St. Rita’s Catholic Church in Alexandria, Virginia was the perfect setting for Hannah and Peter’s wedding. The church is absolutely beautiful with rich tones, dramatic light, and classic architecture that makes everything feel timeless and a little more cinematic.
It’s the kind of setting that naturally elevates every moment without needing much added to it. From the exterior of the church to the details inside, it created a strong, romantic atmosphere that carried through the rest of their day and photographed beautifully.
A CEREMONY ROOTED IN TRADITION

Hannah and Peter’s ceremony was beautiful in the most classic way. The structure and tradition of a Catholic ceremony brought so much meaning to the moment, and you could feel how important it was to both of them.
Being married on Valentine’s Day made it even more special. There was so much love in the room — from the way they looked at each other to the support surrounding them from family and friends. It felt intentional, meaningful, and like the perfect start to their next chapter together.
JUST MARRIED IN ALEXANDRIA

After their ceremony at we took their portraits throughout the Church a few around Old Town, Alexandria. The combination of the church’s classic architecture and the charm of Old Town created the perfect backdrop. From the streets to the little corners we found along the way, everything felt timeless, romantic, and effortless. They were relaxed, excited, and fully in the moment — which made these portraits feel natural and full of life rather than overly posed.
